Brian, from Rogers, MN, got in contact with us when he began to notice a failing wall on the basement level of his home. Brian was afraid that, if left unchecked, the failing foundation would compromise the structural integrity of the home, as well as affect the window sills of the basement, which could become costly further down the road. When he called us, we were able to set him up with our FREE estimate, so our Design Specialist, Jared, headed out to the property to do a thorough inspection of the issue and how we could help fix the issue. When he completed his walkthrough, he recommended the use of our GeoLock wall anchors. He explained to Brian that our GeoLock anchors are the ideal solution to permanently stabilize a foundation wall by anchoring the problem wall to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. This system has the option to be tightened over time to further straighten foundation walls and pull them back into their original position.
