Brittany and Matt R. of Mayer, MN had cracked and bowing foundation walls in their home, making them worry about the structural build and safety of their home. They went online and came across our website on Google. After looking through our foundation repair products, they saw that we provide FREE Estimates for all of our services. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrbuias, and his crew began the installation by digging seven holes outside of the home, beyond the foundation. Next, our team drilled a long, medal rod from the inside of the home to each hole outside. Once they found the end of the rod in each hole, they screwed on and tightened an anchor plate, which tightly holds the rod in place with the soil. Our team screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Anchor to the ends of each rod inside of the home to strengthen and straighten the foundation wall back into its original position. To complete the installation, Jesus and his crew backfilled each hole and made sure the soil was tight and compact, leaving the yard looking much neater than when they found it. Brittany and Matt were happy with the work and could not believe it only took one day!
