Deborah O. of Sauk Rapids, MN had a severe crack in her foundation, causing her to feel nervous about the structural support of her home. She came across our website online and did some research on our foundation repair products. She requested a FREE Estimate so our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to her home to carefully inspect the wall and give her some options on what solutions we could offer. Shane answered all of Deborah's questions and she was confident in our GeoLock Wall Anchor System, so she went ahead and got an installation date scheduled. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the process by digging five holes outside of the home. From the inside of the basement, our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation to each hole outside beyond the home. Juan and his crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchors to the ends of each rod. Once tightened and secured, the wall anchor system stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil. To complete the installation, our team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Deborah was thrilled with the work! 

Brian K. of Cosmos, MN had cracked foundation walls in his basement, causing him to worry about the structural build and stability of his home. At the end of each rod outside, Juan and his crew screwed on and tightened an anchor plate, which holds it in place in the soil. Then, our team screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the end of each rod inside of the home, stabilizing and straightening the foundation wall. To complete the project, our team backfilled each hole, compacted the soil, and made sure the yard looked neater than when they found it. Brian was impressed with the labor and work involved, and was happy with the repairs that were made!
