Deborah O. of Sauk Rapids, MN had a severe crack in her foundation, causing her to feel nervous about the structural support of her home. She came across our website online and did some research on our foundation repair products. She requested a FREE Estimate so our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to her home to carefully inspect the wall and give her some options on what solutions we could offer. Shane answered all of Deborah's questions and she was confident in our GeoLock Wall Anchor System, so she went ahead and got an installation date scheduled. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the process by digging five holes outside of the home. From the inside of the basement, our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation to each hole outside beyond the home. Juan and his crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchors to the ends of each rod. Once tightened and secured, the wall anchor system stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil. To complete the installation, our team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Deborah was thrilled with the work! 

Loeub L. in Faribault, MN came across our booth at the Faribault Home and Garden Show and spoke with one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton. Loeub had some bowing basement walls and was concerned about the structural integrity of his home. Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew installed 11 PowerBraces along the bowing foundation walls. The steel I-beams stabilize the wall in its current position, and over time, can be tightened to make the walls straighter and more vertical. Then we installed 5 SmartJacks in the crawl space to support the beams of the flooring. To stabilize the home, we installed 10 push piers under the foundation.The entire process took a couple of days, but Roger and his family will benefit from this permanent solution for a lifetime.
