Kurt H. in Luverne, MN had two bowing walls in his basement. Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production crew were successfully able to stabilize Jerry’s foundation with the installation of 12 of our Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The wall anchor system permanently stabilizes the foundation by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil beyond the foundation. The anchors can be tightened over time to further straighten the walls and pull them back to their original position. A customer from Montevideo, MN got in touch with us when a crack began forming on his block basement wall. He feared that if he left the issue unresolved, he would risk severely compromising the home's structural integrity. In order to fully stabilize the damaged foundation, our production crew installed 6 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the basement wall. The anchor rods were drilled deep into the soil outside of the home and wall plates installed on each end of the rod to secure the anchor. Then, they tightened the anchor to start the process of straightening the wall. Audrey is happy she made the investment to protect her home.

Robert K. in Pipestone, MN noticed his floor sagging because there were not adequate supports in his crawl space to support the structure.
