Jerry T. in Granite Falls, MN noticed that one of his garage foundation walls had a large exterior crack and it was bowing outward. He was concerned that the damaged wall was putting too much pressure on his foundation and did not want to get stuck in a situation where he had to replace the entire foundation. He contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we had one of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, go to his home to develop the right solution unique to Jerry’s home. Jerry was pleased to hear that we could permanently secure his foundation by installing wall anchors, so he scheduled to have our foundation repair system installed.

Our production team started the installation process by drilling long metal rods into the soil underneath the garage floor and through the block foundation wall. They removed small rectangles of concrete from the garage floor where they would secure the other end of the rods. They screwed anchor plates on to the rods and tightened them as far as they would go. Lastly, they replaced the concrete in the garage and cleaned up. The process was quick and efficient. Jerry was very pleased with the results and is glad he chose to protect his foundation by having it permanently repaired.

Steve and Jane R. of Hanley Falls, MN had several cracked foundation walls in their basement, causing them to worry about the stability of their home. They found us in the phone book and called to schedule a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Jeremy Girgen, went to their house to inspect the walls and come up with a solution. Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew dug seven holes in the backyard and installed a long rod in each hole from the outside soil to the inside foundation wall. Our team installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors on each rod, made to stabilize and straighten the walls into their natural position. Juan and his team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Steve and Jane were thrilled with the outcome and their peace of mind was restored!

After a thorough examination, John was comfortable with the design so he scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Rene Hernandez, and his production crew installed 10 of our GeoLock Wall Anchors from the exterior soil to the interior foundation walls to stabilize and straighten the walls. John was ecstatic with the work and no longer has to worry about the life and stability of his home!

A homeowner in Ghent, MN had cracked foundation walls, causing an issue with the stability and value of their home. They scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist. After a thorough inspection, the homeowner was confident with the proposal, so they went ahead and scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by digging 10 holes outside of the home. Our crew inserted a long, medal rod through the foundation wall to the exterior soil and installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor on the ends of each rod to straighten and stabilize the walls back into their normal positions. To complete the project, our crew back filled the holes and replaced the soil.

A homeowner in Browerville, MN, was enjoying their cabin in late summer when they noticed cracks developing along in their crawl space. Wanting to solve the issue before winterizing their cabin, the homeowner searched for a company to provide a solution. The homeowners saw American Waterworks' FREE estimate and contacted us to come out and take a look. Our Design Specialist, Shane, drove to the lake-side property and surveyed the cabin. Shane discovered the crawl space had settled and the walls would need to be stabilized. After discovering the issue, Shane recommended that Helical Piers and PowerBraces would need to be installed and the homeowners agreed.  Our foreman, Jesus, and his crew began by installing the Helical Piers outside the home. Then, the crew placed the PowerBraces along the crawlspace wall. The homeowners were left relieved knowing their beloved cabin was stabilized and could be enjoyed in future summers.
