When he completed his walkthrough, he recommended the use of our GeoLock wall anchors. Our Foreman, Lane, and his crew ended up installing three of our GeoLock anchors on the wall. These anchors allow minimal disturbance to lawn and landscaping. This system has the option to be tightened over time to further straighten foundation walls and pull them back into their original position, which added further peace of mind. A homeowner in Akeley, MN, noticed their deck foundation was beginning to struggle. Unsure of how to handle the issue, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. After doing some research into foundation repair options. The homeowner came across our anchor foundation repair system. Once they saw our award-winning lineup, the homeowner knew we were the best option for them. Quickly after, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. After all the details were finalized, we sent, Kole, one of our Design Specialists, to the home. Kole introduced himself to the homeowner and began his detailed analysis. Following the inspection, Kole determined that the deck needed to be properly stabilized. Kole proposed a recommended plan of action and they agreed. Once they were approved, the plans were finalized by the office and directed to the assigned crew. After they arrived, the crew began by prepping the area of the Helical Pier installation. The crew installed four Helical Piers on the north side of the desk. After the piers were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team dug eight holes outside of the home and inserted a long, medal rod in each hole from the exterior soil to the interior wall. Our team tightened on a GeoLock Wall Anchor to each rod, making the walls pull back to their original position. Matt and his crew capped the anchors and made sure Ron and Patricia were happy. To complete the installation, our crew back filled the holes and replaced the soil.
