Wall Stabilized in Stirum, ND

A homeowner in Stirum, ND, discovered a separation between cinderblocks on their basement wall. Aware that this could lead to a significant problem, the homeowner sought for a professional opinion. While sifting through many foundation repair companies, the homeowner came across American Waterworks. In addition to foundation repair, the homeowner noticed American Waterworks can complete a multitude of jobs. Certain they were the perfect match, the homeowners signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, James, to complete an assessment of the home. Following his thorough inspection, James suggested that the homeowners permanently stabilize the foundation. Trusting his expertise, the homeowners agreed and stabilization prep began. Our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew arrived at the home and the job began. The crew started by installing five Geo-Locks on the south wall. After the Geo-Locks were attached, the homeowner decided to include the Geo-Lock Tightening kit, so they could straighten the walls over time. Next, the crew shifted to installing CleanSpace on all the basement walls. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned the job site and left the home better than it was before. The homeowners were relieved to see know the struggling wall was properly supported. American Waterworks is happy to bring another homeowner peace of mind.
