The crew started by installing five Geo-Locks on the south wall. After the Geo-Locks were attached, the homeowner decided to include the Geo-Lock Tightening kit, so they could straighten the walls over time. Next, the crew shifted to installing CleanSpace on all the basement walls. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned the job site and left the home better than it was before. Once set our Foreman, Cameron Phrakonekham, and his Crew began to strategically place PowerBraces around the basement, inserting a total of 6 PowerBraces to further stabilize the wall. The PowerBrace system is an I-shaped beam that stabilizes and helps straighten the bow of the wall over time. The PowerBrace system is drilled into the support beams of the home and the concrete, on which the home lies.

Our PowerBraces is a foundation wall repair system that is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten them over time. First, 12 GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed; this innovative system permanently stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring them to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. Our Foreman explained to Andrea that the anchors can be tightened over time. Then, the team got to work strategically placing PowerBraces around the basement, inserting a total of 12 PowerBraces to further stabilize the wall.
