Foundation Repair in Enderlin, ND
Rick M. of Enderlin, ND had bowing walls in his basement, making him worry about the structural build and safety of his home. He knew one of our employees, so he went with American Waterworks for the repairs. He scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Sales Manager, Mike Radosevich. Mike inspected his problems and came up with a solution that worked for him and his budget. Rick was happy with Mike's proposal, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled an installation date.

Basement Walls Reinforced In Climax, MN
Andrea from Climax, MN got in contact with us when she began to notice that her basement walls were beginning to bow inward, showing signs of failing. Andrea was afraid that if left unresolved, she would risk compromising the home's structural integrity. She called American Waterworks for a FREE estimate and shortly after the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property.
Ian recommended that Andrea invest in both our PowerBrace Wall System and our GeoLock Wall Anchors to correct the issue.
Once approved, our Foreman and his crew got to work. First, 12 GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed; this innovative system permanently stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring them to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. Our Foreman explained to Andrea that the anchors can be tightened over time. Then, the team got to work strategically placing PowerBraces around the basement, inserting a total of 12 PowerBraces to further stabilize the wall. These were also installed with WaterGuard brackets for use in future waterproofing. The PowerBrace system is an I-shaped beam that stabilizes and helps straighten the bow of the wall over time. The PowerBrace system is drilled into the home's support beams and the concrete, on which the home lies.
Andrea's peace of mind was restored, and she was glad that she placed her trust in our team in ensuring her basement walls are no longer an issue.
