Impressed with our previous project, the homeowner was convinced to work with us. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Kole, one of our Design Specialists. Kole arrived at the home and introduced himself to the homeowner. Then, the homeowner showed Kole the problem area of the foundation. Kole inspected the inside and outside foundation. Once he completed the inspection, Kole determined that the foundation was settling and required permanent stabilization. Kole suggested installing our wall anchoring system to stabilize the foundation. The homeowner agreed with this suggestion and the plans were sent to the office to be finalized. Once the office approved, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Aaron, and his crew. Aaron and his crew traveled to the home and began the installation. First, the crew installed 9 GeoLock Wall Anchors along the north and east walls. Once the GeoLocks were secured, the crew installed four PowerBraces on the south basement walls. Additionally, the crew left a tightening kit, so the homeowner can tighten the walls over time. Once the project was complete, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful to know their foundation was permanently stabilized. American Waterworks is happy to provide their homeowner peace of mind knowing their foundation is secured. 

A homeowner in Harvey, ND noticed a wall crack growing in the upstairs of their home. Concerned by the deep cracks, the homeowner wanted to find a solution before the issues progressed. James discovered severe wall failure in the basement. James suggested Everbrace be implemented. Wanting to salvage the house, the homeowner agreed with the plan. Our Foreman, Domenic, and his crew went out to begin the job. At the time, the home had no power, water, or lights, so it was vital for the crew to bring everything they needed. The crew began by breaking up and hauling away any concrete that fell from the failed ledge. Then the crew installed the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement with the feedline in to connect the two ends. Additionally, SmartJacks were installed to support the main beam across the basement. Finally, Everbrace was installed on the west and south basement walls to stabilize permanently. The homeowner was beyond pleased that their home had been saved from possible demolition. American Waterworks was happy to please another customer. 

Jon A. in Maple Grove, MN had some severe cracking in his foundation walls. He visited our booth at the Minneapolis Home and Remodeling show and spoke with our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke. Jon approved of what American Waterworks has to offer, and Jeremy set up an appointment with him to propose the best, cost-effective solution for his home. 

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew were able to stabilize Jon’s foundation by installing 8 of our Geo-Lock Wall Anchors around the deteriorating foundation. They drilled long rods through the brick until they hit supportive soil. They removed the concrete in the garage where they would need to put on the plates for the anchors. They installed the plates on either end of the rod and tightened the anchors. Lastly, they replaced the concrete and cleaned up their work area. The anchors secure and stabilize the wall. They continue to straighten the walls and can be tightened over time as the wall gradually moves back into place. Our foundation repair systems are guaranteed for a lifetime, so Jon can rest easy knowing he chose a permanent solution to protect the foundation of his home.

Sean D. of Maple Grove, MN had a crack in his foundation wall, raising awareness of the structure of the home. Our Design Specialist not only examined the wall showing foundation issues but provided Sean with a full house inspection to provide the appropriate solution for Sean. Our Design Specialist recommended Sean invest in our GeoLock Wall Anchor System. The GeoLock Wall Anchor system is a solution that stabilizes the foundation, preventing any bowing or further cracking. Over time these anchors may be tightened to straighten the wall. Sean agreed with the proposal and schedule an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Jesus C, and his production team began the process by digging four holes in the garage to insert a long rod, from the inside, through the foundation wall with an issue. At the end of the rod, there is a GeoLock Wall Anchor that permanently stabilizes the foundation of the house using the hard-packed, compact soil that is underneath the home. Once the GeoLock is placed and ready, the production team backfills the holes with new soil and placed a layer of concrete above to give the floor a finishing look. Sean was very satisfied with the project and is not worried about the foundation of his home.
