Our Design Specialist, Richie, went to Elaine's home, inspected her wall, and determined a solution that fit her needs. 

Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew put the blocks back together with mortar, which is a special paste that hardens building blocks together by filling and sealing the irregular gaps between them. Elaine was happy with the work that we did and was grateful we could help her with her foundation problem. 

Kelley O. of Fargo, ND had a cracked foundation, as well as water leaking into her basement through the cracks. She called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie. Richie went to Kelley's home, inspected her basement, and proposed a solution. Kelley got all of her questions answered so she moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Cameron, and his crew installed our PowerBraces, SuperSump Plus M53, and our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier. Our PowerBraces are designed to straighten and stabilize bowing or cracked foundation walls over time. The homeowner can also tighten them occasionally to ensure the system is sticking to its design. Our SuperSump Plus M53 is made to discharge water out of the basement by keeping it away from the foundation. Lastly, our CleanSpace is designed to prevent water from seeping through the wall and it saves money on energy costs by keeping the basement warm. Kelley was happy with the work that was done and could not believe the transformation.

Deb W. of Fargo, MN had settlement issues with her home, making her worry about the structural engineering of her home. After hearing about American Waterworks, she called our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Rick Weber. Rick went to her home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. He proposed our helical piers foundation repair products, which help create a supportive base that transfers the weight of a home to its supporting soils. Deb got all of her questions answered, so she scheduled an installation date.

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the installation by digging out the soil surrounding the home. Matt and his crew mechanically screwed sections of the helical pier into the soil. Once the pier met its depths, our crew installed foundation brackets below the footing. The weight of the home was able to transfer through the helical pier to deep soils. Lastly, Matt and his crew replaced the soil to make sure the yard looked neater than when they found it. Matt said the homeowner was extremely happy with the project and was grateful she could open her windows again! 

Dale H. of Fargo, ND had a cracked wall in his basement due to poor soil pressed against the outside foundation. He wanted repairs right away so he went to the Red River Valley Home and Garden Show to find a contractor who could help him. He came across our American Waterworks booth and discussed his problems with our Design Specialist, Rick Weber. Rick went to his home for a FREE Estimate to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Dale was confident in Rick's proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson and his production team began the project by digging eight holes outside of the home and inserting a long, metal rod from the inside of the basement to each hole. Next, our team installed and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor at the ends of each rod to straighten and stabilize the wall back into its original position. To complete the installation, Tremaine and his team backfilled each hole and replaced the soil, leaving the yard clean and neat. Dale was happy and appreciated all efforts involved!  

Patricia M. of Fargo, ND had a deteriorating foundation wall, causing her to worry about the structural build and stability of her home, and even living in her home. Next, our crew installed 58 feet of our ShotLock Wall Restoration System which is a fast alternative to demolishing and rebuilding a deteriorating foundation. It restores the safety and property value with minimal disturbance to the home and its surroundings and it is twice as strong as standard concrete. The installation took about three days and Patricia could not believe the transformation from start to finish!
