Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew started the project by installing our Crawl Space Support Posts, which lift and stabilize the sagging floors and floor joists. This system can hold up to loads of 60,000 pounds and is corrosion-resistant. It is also compatible with our crawl space encapsulation system, which in this case, Kelly did want hers encapsulated as well. Next, our crew installed our encapsulation vapor barrier around the entire crawl space, which is made to prevent mold, humidity, and pests, provide extra storage space, and save money on energy bills. Once the Drainage Matting was laid, the crew shifted their focus to installing CleanSpace on the crawl space floors and walls. Finally, the crew installed Foamax on the crawl space walls to ensure it stayed insulated. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
