Roel and his crew traveled to the home and began by installing 19 PowerBraces throughout the basement wall. After the GeoLocks were installed, the crew cleaned up their workspace and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their foundation was properly stabilized. Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team started the installation by digging small holes beyond the foundation wall and inserting a long, metal rod from the interior foundation to each hole outside of the home. At the ends of each rod, our team installed a wall anchor on the interior side and an anchor plate on the exterior side. Wall anchors are the most versatile wall repair method because they can be used to stabilize walls with a variety of problems, such as bowing and tipping walls, and walls that are pushing in. To complete the installation, our tram backfilled each hole and compacted the soil, ensuring the yard was cleaner than when they found it.
