Our Design Specialist performed his walkthrough inspection, and when he finished, met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. Our Design Specialist began by saying that the homeowner was right to address the problem, as failing walls can impact the home's structural integrity. A Thief River Falls, MN, homeowner had been aware of several cracks in his foundation for some time now. A month or so later, our Foreman, Kingsley C, and his team were in the basement installing the anchors. When they finished, they had successfully installed 8 GeoLock anchors throughout the basement. Now, our customer can list his home with confidence!

Kim, from Crookston, MN began to notice a bow in the foundation walls of her home. Once set our Foreman, Cameron Phrakonekham, and his Crew began to strategically place PowerBraces around the basement, inserting a total of 6 PowerBraces to further stabilize the wall. The PowerBrace system is an I-shaped beam that stabilizes and helps straighten the bow of the wall over time. The PowerBrace system is drilled into the support beams of the home and the concrete, on which the home lies.
