Our CleanSpace Liner is a vital part of our overall encapsulation system and really goes above and beyond your standard vapor barrier. This much more durable liner isn't just thrown on top of the crawl space floor, but is wrapped around all of the walls and supports of the crawl space as well. In combination with our drainage matting, ground and wall moisture seepage can be blocked out and collected. This encapsulation was designed by one of our specialists, Scottie, and installed by our foreman, David, and his talented crew!

We were contacted because this home was experiencing some visibly dangerous mold problems. Did you know that open ventilation under the home is actually harmful to your crawl space? Our team sealed off all outside vents, treated the mold problem, and installed our waterproofing system. All of these solutions will work together to create a healthier, more energy efficient atmosphere!
