A homeowner in Rochester, New Hampshire just purchased their home a couple of weeks ago and has a list of things they would like to repair before they fully move into the home. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace beneath their kitchen. They were concerned with the floor system in the crawlspace and potential moisture seeping into the home from that area.
