This new homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire had recently moved into their home. In the first couple weeks of move-in, a set of neighbors introduced themselves and recommended getting a radon test done in their home. The homeowners call EFS for a radon test and a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Chris Greenwood first came to the home to drop off the 24-48 hour CRM test. Once the test was complete Chris Greenwood returned to the home and read the results of the test. The radon levels on the test came back at 9.8 pCi/L. Chris designed a radon system that would fit into their home. 

This homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire was experiencing high radon levels in her home and would like to protect her family from the potential health concerns. The basement was tested and the reading was 44 pCi/L which is high. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Stephen Caron fully inspected the home and basement for cracks and foundation issues. Stephen recommended installing a Radon Mitigation System with 2 extraction points and installing a Super Sump with Ice Guard to replace the old sump pump.

Radon System

This homeowner in Lowell, Massachusetts, has lived at the residence for over 10 years. They have periodically tested the home for radon but this year the levels were noticeably higher than normal. They called EFS for an inspection of the basement to have our Design Specialist create a design for a radon system in their home. 

Our installation team installed the radon system into the home with a single radon extraction point and fan to pull radon-filled air out of the home. 

This homeowner in Lowell, Massachusetts has been living in their home for the past 13 years and saw that the next-door neighbor had gotten a radon mitigation system installed in their home. The next-door neighbor got a system installed because all of their cats had gotten tumors. The homeowner took that as a sign to think about installing a radon mitigation system into their home. The homeowner decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free radon inspection. 

Design Specialist John Prince arrived at the home and administered a radon test in their home. The test results came back reading 33 pCi/L. This reading is high and John recommended a radon mitigation system to be installed in the basement. 

Crew Lead Branden Edwards and Installation Specialist Kyle DeChane arrived at the home and installed a radon mitigation system into the basement to reduce the high levels of radon in their home.
