Radon in Basement in Chelmsford, MA

After a homeowner from Chelmsford, MA completed a radon test and discovered their home had radon levels between 5-8 picocuries, they reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions. This meant the family was at risk for the long-term health effects associated with radon, including lung cancer. With a basement renovation planned, it was essential they protect the new living space from this hazardous and almost undetectable gas, which is likely to rise from the soil and seep through a home's foundation. To offer peace of mind, Erickson Foundation Solutions installed a radon mitigation system for the family.
