An owner of a duplex in Derry, New Hampshire, had purchased the duplex 12 years ago and over the years has seen the bulkhead start to deteriorate. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended replacing the old bulkhead with a new one. 

This homeowner in Derry, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for about 2 years. Since they moved into their home had noticed some issues with their floor system. They reached out to EFS and our Design Specialist recommended installing SmartJacks into the basement of the home to stop the floor system from sagging and sloping. 

This homeowner in Loudon, New Hampshire was experiencing sloping in the living room and deck of his home. The homeowner has lally columns in the dirt floor basement and wanted to make sure the lally columns are safe and secure. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Crew Lead Chris Tremblay and his team arrived at the home and replace the old lally columns with SmartJacks.

A homeowner in Cambridge, Massachusetts lives near the train tracks and has a crack in their foundation that they would like to have repaired. The crack goes from the bottom of the siding to almost the footing. Erickson Foundation Solutions came to the home and inspected the crack in the foundation. They sealed the crack with crack injection and installed a crack monitor on it. The crack monitor will allow them to see if the crack is actively getting bigger or staying the same. 

The owner of a 1900s condo in Cambridge, Massachusetts, had cracking drywall and weak floors in their building. The condo had 3 tenants that had previously complained about cracking drywalls and weak floors. The condo owner decided to call EFS for an inspection, and our design specialist recommended replacing the old supports in the basement with SmartJack. The team planned to install all of the SmartJacks and then removed the old supports.
