A homeowner in Epsom, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 8 years. They recently found that the basement's foundation wall has some cracks and were concerned with it. They decided to reach out to EFS for a free basement inspection. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing 10 PowerBraces to be installed against the foundation wall inside the basement. 

A homeowner in Epsom, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 30 years. 2 years ago the homeowner's son-in-law noticed some lateral movement in the foundation that had caused some cracking in the foundation. The son-in-law is supposed to inherit the home once his mother-in-law is no longer fit to take care of the property and he wanted to make sure the home was in good standing order for when that time came.

They called EFS for a free inspection of the foundation and our Design Specialist recommended installing Geolocks to the foundation of the garage to prevent further movement. 

This homeowner in Auburn, New Hampshire has noticed that their foundation wall is leaning. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection. 

A Design Specialist arrived at the home and inspected the foundation wall to assess the severity of the foundation issue. The Design Specialist came up with a solution that would stop the foundation from leaning. The solution that was proposed to the homeowner was to build a retaining wall against the foundation wall. 

Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and installed the new retaining wall that attaches to the existing leaning foundation wall. The retaining wall extends the length of the leaning foundation wall to stabilize the wall. 

This homeowner in Auburn, New Hampshire, had seen shifting in their garage slab. The homeowners had Geolocks installed by EFS two years ago in 2021. The Geolocks were installed but the team recommended PolyLevel as well but the homeowners opted away from the PolyLevel. Now years later they are wishing they installed the PolyLevel when they had the Geolocks installed.
