This home in Center Barnstead, New Hampshire, had some foundation issues that were found during an inspection of the home. EFS was contacted to provide a solution and our Design Specialist recommended installing Geolocks to support and straighten the cracked and bowing cinder block wall. Our team proposed and installed 11 Geolock wall anchors, which fully stabilized the wall against any further bowing or movement.

A homeowner in Billerica, Massachusetts, had lived in their home for almost 20 years and this year they started to notice some cracks in their foundation wall.
