In Dracut, MA, a homeowner faced a critical issue with a failing foundation wall that was dangerously close to collapse. As shown in the before photo, the structural integrity was notably compromised. Erickson Foundation Solutions delivered a permanent fix. We installed a new footing alongside our StableLock auxiliary wall to completely restore stability. Our team used the PowerBrace System, renowned for its zinc-plated steel beams, to permanently stabilize and secure the wall. The after photo illustrates a secure foundation, highlighting our expertise in ensuring safe and stable homes.

This homeowner in Windham, NH had a crack in their foundation wall, which had been patched over the years, but still let in moisture. They needed a more permanent fix. We sealed the crack with a polyurethane injection, which expands inside the crack as a foam and reaches far into the cravice to prevent the water from coming through. The surface of the crack is then coated with an epoxy to add an extra layer of protection. This two part system guarantees no further moisture will come in through the foundation crack.

This seasonal cottage on Cobbetts Pond in Windham, NH was suffering from sagging floors, settlement, and unstable soils. Water was constantly running down a hill toward the home and the lake just beyond it. As water flowed through the soil beneath the home, the concrete piers and wood posts settled over time. This boathouse on Cobbetts Pond in Windham was built in the 1940's. The foundation had several cracks which were progressively getting worse over time, and a permanent solution was needed to fix it. GeoLocks and Helical Piers combined to help stabilize the lateral movement of the wall, as well as the settling.
