Our team conducted a thorough inspection and confirmed that hydrostatic pressure and shifting soil conditions were putting stress on the foundation walls, resulting in both horizontal cracking and inward bowing. Understanding the severity of the issue, we developed a custom solution to address both the structural instability and water intrusion risks.

This repair strategy combined two industry-leading systems, our FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System along with our PowerBrace Wall Crack Repair System. FlexiSpan was applied to permanently seal the wall cracks with a flexible, waterproof barrier designed to adapt to future foundation movement. To stabilize the bowing walls, we installed the PowerBrace System, zinc-plated steel beams engineered to immediately halt inward movement and allow for potential wall straightening over time.

With both systems working in tandem, the foundation was fully reinforced, and the homeowner gained long-term peace of mind knowing their garage is now protected against further structural damage!
