My experience with Quality 1st Basement Systems was perfect! My inspector Ken Peare was great, very knowledgeable and a great communicator. I had a good experience with the office staff, they were nice and answered all of my questions. I chose to go with Quality 1st because they came highly recommended by one of my neighbors and Ken was a great guy. I invested in having a sump pump, french drain and battery back up installed. The installation crew lead by Victor Leon did an amazing job, everything was installed in just one day.

After moving into my new house, I knew that I needed to get a new sump pump for the basement. There was no water leakage, but the pump definitely needed to be replaced. I had heard about Quality 1st Basement Systems because my daughter used them for work that she had for her house, and she highly recommended them. Quality 1st also had great reviews on Angie's list, so I decided to give them a call. I was very happy with how easy it was to set up an appointment, and I really enjoyed getting the informational book. I was really impressed with my salesman Jeff's presentation, and how professional he was. When it came time for the installation of my pump, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the process went very smoothly. I am very satisfied with the work, and with Quality 1st Basement Systems.

Quality 1st Basements were extremely responsive and professional. I had a concern that my main sump pump had failed, called the company and they were able to send a technician out later that afternoon. Justin, the technician, took the time to explain everything to me in detail, laid out all my options, and installed everything with ease. I first used Quality 1st Basement Systems years ago for a water issue in my wet basement. They did a great job overall so I decided to use them for additional work. Kenny's presentation was very good. The office staff was great and the installation team was nice and responsive to all of my needs. I invested in an Ultra Sump 3 system (battery back up) so my basement will always be dry.

Wilver and his crew were excellent. They were knowledgeable and professional. Wilver explained everything and kept me in the loop throughout the construction. They were very respectful and protective of my property and when they were done everything was clean with all garbage removed. I believe they went above and beyond and it is evident that they take pride in their work,as they should. My basement looks beautiful and I only wish I had this done years ago.
