ZAK was an Absolutely Tremendous Forman, extremely Hard Working with his Excellent Team ! He was Extremely Knowledgeable and Excellent at Explaining to me what was going on for me to understand the entire system he was installing! On top of that Zak worked Diligently helping me to be Safe as a Handicapped Customer. Helped me up and down 13 steep steps, removing drop clothes from them each time so I would not trip in order to see the Great Progress they were making on my Beautiful Egress Window and Sump Pumps!

This was a good experience from the customer standpoint. The solution provided appears to be top-notch and I get the feeling the work would be completed properly. At this point its a matter of cost and how it compares to other providers. If money was not an issue, I would choose this company immediately.

I had water leaking into my basement from the wastewater exit pipe. Basement Systems USA tried a repair job from the inside. The next rainfall I had more water leaking in the same spot. The company came back out and dug down from the outside and resealed that way. We've had a few big storms since and not a drop in the basement. Unlike the first company I hired for this repair, Basement Systems stood by their guarantee and did what it took to get it right. Awesome job. Highly recommend!
