I found Quality 1st in the "Home Improvement" magazine and called them for a free estimate. I was very happy with the salesmen that come out, he explained the problem and went through a presentation explaining how they could fix the problem. We went with Quality 1st to do the work and the entire experience from start to finish was great.

I had the yearly check up on the sump pump system, every aspect of the appointment went along very smoothly. Service Tech was very helpful in explaining the inspection process.

Couldn’t have asked for a better crew from the start with Steve Roldan, to Mario who came out with his crew to do the job. They were great. They knew exactly what they were doing never stopped a minute, and at the end of the day, they left our basement spotless. They were just amazing. Steve came out for an estimate from that day I knew I was in good hands. Steve explained everything that they were going to do from start to finish and Mario took the time out to explain it exactly step by step that he was going to do. In May of 2018 Quality 1st installed french drain in our basement. Since then and especially now, with Hurricane IDA, we had had not a drop of water in our basement. The battery was working and the water was flowing out, leaving our basement completely dry. Thank you so much,  You have a great system.

Kenny is a wonderful person to have as the first representative of Quality 1st Basement Systems. Ken was prompt and courteous from the very first meeting. All questions were answered with much clarity so that there was no doubt as to what was needed to correct our problem and how that goal would be completed. Whenever he was called, He immediately responded to the call and had no problem revisiting to make sure we knew what methods would be used to complete the job. Every promise he made was met and completed by the foreman and crew for the job.

A foreman that not only gives respect and courtesy to his customers, but also receives it from the crew who works with him. Wilver is a perfect example of the type of person any boss would want as an employee. From the very beginning, he had no problem in explaining what was going to be done and how it would be accomplished. He is a man of his word with the integrity and skill to know how to accomplish the work. Wilver kept the job moving along in a very timely fashion with honest answers to any questions we had. He actually stood by his word from what to expect from the job as well as how long it would take the crew to complete the job which was done with much efficiency and cleanliness. When completed, Wilver took the time to walk through the basement and explain the workings of all the equipment so that there would not be any doubt as to what to expect from the equipment. Because he was so pleasant and accommodating, it made it very comfortable to have him work in my house. He also is a fine representative for your company.

Very accommodating to finding a date to do the job. Mike Notar was very informative and did a great job explaining their product and laying out a plan that best suited our house. The guys that came and did the work did a great job and finished it quickly. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to waterproof their basement.

The experience was excellent from my first contact with quality 1st to the installation of the flag pole. The raising of the flag pole was a very moving experience for me. The "Hero lives here program" is a moral booster. 

The volunteers were awesome! They helped find the best place to install the pole. We thanks them for all their help. My favorite part was when the light on top shined down on the flag at night. It was absolutely breath taking! The American Flag flying high is a beautiful sight. The A Hero Lives Here program is an awesome way to make veterans of the community feel appreciated for their service. Thank you so much to all who helped make this program so wonderful.
