Dear Dan, This letter is a little late getting to you but wanted to let you know how thankful we are from your personal service. We thank you for taking the time to come out to our home a couple of times to review plans for our basement. Mike and his crew were very respectful of our home. They worked diligently to meet their deadline even working into the evening to get the job done. Mike took time to explain what he and the crew were doing during the process and always asked us if we had any questions. The guys have a great sense of humor, are trustworthy and meticulous about their work. Mike seems very knowledgeable and has a great rapport with his crew. Just wanted you folks to know that our system has worked great!  No water after or during "Irene". The pump has been working overtime, but its working! When it kicks on you can hear the water pushing through the pipe. Almost sounds like the house has a rumbling stomach. When we hear it, we know its working. My wife actually did some scrapbooking in our basement room during the storm....its was SO nice, not having to 'shop vac" water for days!  This was the first real test of the system, while we were in the house. THANK YOU for a great system.

We have endured the sounds of jack hammers and as we begin the clean up, I want to let you know I am pleased with the job. Mostly, I want to let you know Karl and the guys were great, they work hard and long to get the job done on time.  They have good attitudes and show respect for the homeowner.  They were trust worthy, and that is important as we were not always able to be there. We did in fact go to bed last night with the guys still working and we awoke to a completed job. Ian, nice work, other than the noise and dust a pleasant experience, great employees, and job done on time.
