Mike came and serviced my dehumidifier.  He explained the service, and was very informative.  You're office is also excellent. They're very courteous and friendly. I'm grateful that the moisture and mildew smell is GONE!  The air is more fresh in basement and i love the idea of not emptying buckets of water from a dehumidifier! I would definitely recommend your company!

Very much impressed by product presentation and followup information from initial meeting with the designer. I was very satisfied with the efficient and quick turn-around time. The crew took their time cleaning up to ensure all dirt and debris was cleaned up. The installation crew Sean and Andrew were very courteous. The design Specialist was very thorough and did not try to over sell me, he met out basic needs. The office team was very good to their knowledge and very well with customer service. Not only was your crew hard workers and polite, they did a nice job on the clean-up.  Richard as well as the office team was knowledgeable.  He provided me with necessary warranty information and did a great job explaining the work to be done as well as the pricing.
