Dear Mr. Dimaria: I am writing to provide you with feedback regarding a project your company did for me over the past month. My experience was excellent and,as your advertising promotes, you have exceeded my expectations. My initial contact was with Mike Ciocca. He was very professional and explained what was needed and how things would be done in a clear,concise matter and followed up promptly with a written estimate. The project was two parts:installation of 8 piers and rebuild a side garage wall. Pier installation began on 8/28/17 and was completed  9/5/17. Your foreman,Scot, clearly explained what they were going to do and kept me informed as the work progressed and patiently answered any questions. He and his crew were very professional and friendly and made me very comfortable. The wall rebuild began 9/18/17 and  was completed 9/27/17. once again, I was impressed with your foreman,Josh, and how he explained things and kept me informed. Both crews were very hard workers who were friendly and considerate,kept the job site clean and allowed me to show my 2 year old  grandson the Bobcats,dump trucks,and various activities going on. The final component was the repair of my lawn and restoring dirt around my foundation. Here, once again I met another real professional,Louie.He and his crew restored things as if they were working on their own property. They were very friendly and explained what was being done and provided an excellent finishing touch to things. Others I interacted with also were a pleasure to deal with. Chris,in scheduling, kept me advised as work was being planned and explained any delays. Sherri,in Accounting, was very accommodating in processing my payments and professionally handled my requests and concerns. As you can see,I was very impressed with every employee of your company whom I had contact with. You have done an excellent job hiring high quality individuals who represent your company very well. From the town inspector: I thought it important to state the excellent job that Leo and his crew did on the steel beams. The drilling of the steel and installation of the lag screws was absolutely textbook perfect, which is a rare in-field observation in the hundreds, if not thousands, of jobs I have inspected. The screws were perfectly centered and installed square with no splitting of the members. Leo clearly takes pride in his work, but just as importantly appears to instill that value in his crew. I was present at the start of the week’s work.  Below is some feedback on Anthony and his crew’s performance. Anthony answered all my questions in a professional manner and explained things in a way I would understand.  He and his crew were at the house when they said they would be there. Anthony’s crew members were careful as they moved steel beams and other materials into the basement.  I was working in the kitchen and was grateful for their care. The second day of work, I asked Anthony to show me what was completed and explain what needed to be completed.  Again, he clearly explained what had been done. My sister came at the end of the week to do the final walk through.  She commented to me that the basement was left clean (which was one of her concerns).  Plus the work passed all inspections with ease. Please thank Anthony and his crew for their work; please let Frank know that I was completely impressed by the business he created and how well trained Anthony was in customer service.  My only disappointment was that it took three months to get the work scheduled in (we had planned for two months).  As I said to Kathy, 15 crews are being kept busy and that is an awesome business.

I am writing today in regards to the project currrently underway at my residence. I wanted to express now, before the project is even completed, how happy I have been with every facet of this process. Mike Ciocca, who originally met with me to discuss my needs and generate a quote for services, has been a pleasure. He's been attentive to my needs, responsive to my questions and easily accessible at every point in the process. I've recommended your company, and him in particular, to several friends and family members, several of which I believe have contacted him. With regards to the work currently being performed, I am embarrassed to say that I was not able to recall everyone's name who is onsite, but the crew as a whole has been exemplary. Scott, the gentleman in charge, has been absolutely wonderful. He's taken the time to discuss and explain all aspects of the project with me and made sure I understand exactly how they were approaching each portion. The entire crew had been kind, considerate and very careful in all of the work they've done. The quality of the work they have put forth appears second to none in my opinion. I could not be happier at this point. Everyone involved has my highest praise. I've talked to several people in your office including Chris. The customer service level from him and everyone who has contacted me has been phenomenal. I wanted to reach out to your company at this point and express my satisfaction. Please be sure all of these gentlemen, especially the onsite crew, are duly recognized for thier exceptional service.
