Frank's Basement Systems tore out and rebuilt 40% of my basement wall. We received very detailed and specific estimate and proposal information. Today Craig came over and fixed a large crack in our basement wall. He was very friendly and explained the whole process to us. He showed what the previous owners did to fix the crack before and what materials he was going to use to fix it.
