We had water abatement in the basement and needed to get it taken care of. We are planning to take care of this in the short term and are currently budgeting for the project. I was thoroughly impressed with the experience, product and service. If the production is even half as quality as my initial inspection with Ryan I'm sold. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He deserves a raise.

Nina in the call center was very polite and was able to schedule a convenient appointment time. The System Design Specialists arrived promptly on time and got right to his inspection in the basement. The plan that Ryan provided had all the components to waterproof my basement and we felt it was going to be a long term solution. Great job with the design Ryan! We have been shopping around for a long time for the best possible option on waterproofing our basement. Every summer we talk about getting it waterproofed before the fall starts and we start to see flooding again as I'm sure most Portland basements do. He took his time to thoroughly examine the entire flood area and to explain things through a presentation on his computer as for the best possible solutions for the project. After all was said and done, I am happy with the price, I am happy with the product and I'm definitely happy with the new piece of mind.
