My foreman was Leo. He and his co-worker were professional and courteous. They installed a sump pump in my leaky garage and removed and replaced the old plastic in my crawl space. The quality of work was very high ( I won't know if the pump will fix the problem until it rains again, but in the Northwest you don't have to wait too long for that to happen). The new plastic looks great. Will definitely recommend TerraFirma to friends, family, and neighbors.

This is the second time we have hired TerraFirma to work on our property. They are a great company. From the initial estimate, designing the job, the walk through, the scheduling I found the staff to be very professional. The work performed was outstanding. Drew and his crew communicated well and did an excellent job. They even left our driveway and the work area cleaner than when they arrived. After a stressful year of flooding and mold with no help from our landlord, Terra Firma was certainly a breath of fresh air. The entire crew was SO nice and polite, and they worked solidly from 8-5 each day. Jason did an amazing job keeping in touch with us and if I ever have any other repairs I need done I will definitely call him!

I wanted to wait to get the project completed until the rains started coming so I could see the severity of my basement flooding issues. I have seen flooding during most of the year (It rains year round in Portland), and have been monitoring it to see if the problem was getting bigger each year. It was. I live at the bottom of a hillside and in apparently some sort of collection zone. This spring it got to the point where I had standing water for about a week straight. It was time to call the experts. Ryan came out for my free estimate and designed a drainage plan with the use of a sump pump to make sure water wasn't getting in my home and was being directed away from my foundation. Fall, winter and spring have come and passed and not one day of standing water in the basement. Ryan did a great job. The sump pump is working terrifically and I am very happy with how the project turned out.

Simple project on our hand. Standing water here. Standing water there. All we really needed to do was put in some french drains and divert the water as needed. Ryan drew up the plan. We were confident it would solve our water problem permanently. so we went ahead with the project right then and there. My favorite part about the service provided was the promptness and quickness to get the project done. Even though they were here and done within the day, we were confident that they didn't cut any corners and did a thorough job, as we have not seen any standing water on the property since installation. No complaints. All praise. Thanks guys for making it quick and taking care of my water problem.
