Drew's crew (aka Wolfpack) did an excellent job ! Each member of the crew was courteous, professional and kind to my many questions. I would recommend these guys to everyone and anyone. They are outstanding representatives of the TerraFirma Foundation Brand. They impressed me so much I went and got doughnuts and coffee.

I first saw the online presentation when searching for sump pumps. The office staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Ryan Thomas gave an excellent presentation and was very hard working. I decided to have TerraFirma do the work needed because of the quality of the materials that they use and because of the various offering to ensure water control. When the crew came out to do the job, they arrived earlier than most other companies would have. Everyone on the crew were very nice and they were extremely good with the exterior cleanup. Bravo TerraFirma!!

with the summer coming up, we wanted to get this taken care of early so we could continue on with he rest of our summer plans. Josh was a true professional and was very accommodating to our rapid fire schedule. The call center gal was able to get us a quick appointment with Josh, and Josh was able to schedule a quick project date. Next thing you know the project was finished and we were on to enjoying our summer. The plan Josh designed we felt comfortable with and the products involved with the installation we felt confident was going to solve our drainage issues. Now traveling we don't have to worry about our basement flooding or having excess water build up around our foundation. Talk about peace of mind.

Tim was a real professional. He has his basement, crawlspace and foundation knowledge down and it shows. Tim Cook did an excellent job and had some great ideas. We had a large basement waterproofing project on our hands. It needed a pump, drains and insulation. We were happy to know that TerraFirma was able to take care of all these different aspects. The reasons we chose TerraFirma was because of Tim's professionalism, the companies attitude, integrity and the fact that they were the only ones that I felt comfortable with the entire project proposal. We had some serious drainage, leakage, water flooding, etc, etc, etc problems. Not a small project since it was occurring on multiple sites on the property. Ryan had his hands full with this project. The design that Ryan drew up was going to permanently solve our problem right the first time. We had a little concern that through the installation there was going to be standing and running water throughout the apartment complex and on the neighbor's yards, but your team was very tedious and careful around the sensitive areas and did a great job. We would recommend your company indefinitely and are glad we chose TerraFirma.

There are a lot of companies is Oregon that waterproof basements and install drainage systems. However, non of them are on the same level of TerraFirma. We met with multiple companies and contractors and all gave us very high bids. Ryan was creative enough to find a solution he could stand by and that we were comfortable with, not only in price but in quality of work. From the beginning of the project to the finish we were well informed of what was happening in the current state of the project and everyone was very available to answer questions. We feel confident in giving TerraFirma a 10/10 and know we are probably not the first people to say that.

Bryan impressed us as very knowledgeable and professional in every respect. He obviously believes in his company and products, and he presented both well. We were relieved to not be pressured, as that would have turned us off completely. We give the overall experience a 9 out of 10. Nothing bad to say about Bryan or the company. We thought that the price was fair and for the basement services we were receiving, it was more than reasonable. We have created a home office in the basement and there aren't the moldy musky smells as before. 

I was treated with excellent service by the call center, Jason and the installation crew. An appointment was scheduled to my convenience, and I was able to go to class with Jason who informed me off my situation. the system and products that he proposed I felt confident in, and his presentation only confirmed my confidence. I was given a price at the time of inspection which was nice and I took advantage of the extra discount by proceeding with the project then and there. Jason did an amazing job settling expectations for the crew. They knew exactly what to do and got right to work. I was very impressed with the whole operation dart to finish. 

We never used our basement for anything more than storage. Then we had kids and acquired five times the amount of things we had before. So we needed to do one of two things. Sell and buy a bigger home or create more usable, livable space. We didn't think things would turn out as amazing as they did. Ryan Thomas was our service technician. He knew his stuff!! He explained the science behind basement waterproofing, something that we would have never thought of as being so important to the long term health to our family and home. This is the best decision we have made with our home since buying it. Installation was a breeze and took about 3 days. We were so happy by the end of the project we BBQ'd for them on their last day. Judy was overly impressed by how hard the crew worked and how professional they were. She said they have worked with a lot of contractors before but never a crew that was so productive and respectful. They will be recommending us in the future. She especially wants to thank Greg, Jon, and Drew!!!

We had the work completed by TerraFirma for 2 main reasons. First, they were the most knowledgeable. From the phone call setting up the appointment, to Casey coming out, to the production team taking care of business. So, we were very comfortable every step of the way. the second reason is that WE LOVE CASEY MOORE! This home is owned by my 95 year old grandmother and I wanted to make sure that we were taking care of problems the right way and the most efficient way. This house has been in our family for generation and I couldn't be happier with how Casey approached every question and concern with professionalism and courtesy. We will be recommending your company to our friends and family with similar home projects. 

We were very worried about the install because we just had new flooring put in and it was really muddy, but the guy’s took care of everything. They were very professional, super clean and the foreman was on top of everything to make sure it went smooth. The experience exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier!
