Ryan Thomas is a stellar representative for TerraFirma. He made a recommendation of redirecting the roof drain spouts to another location to avoid any further basement flooding. He said if that didn't work, we should contact him again, but he thinks that will be the right answer. I was so impressed that he didn't try to SELL me any services or equipment that were not necessary. I am already recommending TerraFirma to others just based on Ryan's professional handling of my situation. You have an excellent employee. Ryan also said that if I had any questions about the work that my handyman could do in moving the drain spout, that he would be happy to answer those questions. A contractor suggesting other services and companies?? Unheard of right? This went a long with me and Patrick earned my trust. The project was a little messy during work but they cleaned up well. You couldn't even tell they were there. It actually looked better than before. Grass, flowers, rock bed etc all looked as good as new.--I loved working with you all!!

The crew arrived very early and worked till dark. It was a foggy 18 degree day and the only time they stopped working was for lunch. I was impressed! And they did a very good job cleaning up when they were finished.
