Overall I am pleased with the service I received from TerraFirma's call center, sales team and installation crew. Chad was a professional and was very courteous and sincere. I have a home on an awkward plot of land and needed my foundation restabilized before I lost it down the hill. Chad and his team arrived bright and early for two days to finish the stabilization. There was a bit of mess during the project but they cleaned up very well and left the place looking like they had not been digging around my foundation. It might have looked better! I chose TerraFirma because of their great reputation and small company feel with big company capabilities. Thank you team and good luck in the future.

Nina was a very cheerful and pleasant person to talk to when setting my appointment. She was able to find me an appointment in the same week I called that fit my schedule. Chris Kelly showed me a couple different options with solutions to my basement needs. We decided on one that I felt comfortable would be a long term solution that also fit the budget. We were very pleased with the plan and the result. Chris is an expert and deserves a raise. my drain system and basement insulation was quick. Everyone was punctual in the morning and before you know it they were gone. We had a few post project questions for Chris in which he was more than happy to take time and answer. TerraFirma earned my trust and my business. 

Very considerate installation crew and office staff did a fine job. TerraFirma had the solution to our problem and could do it for a reasonable price.

I am currently in the process of more bids but at this moment I am very impressed with the representative. One of the most professional and competent contractors that I've ever dealt with. Nina in the call center was able to get the information from me quickly and schedule me with the right System Design Specialist to come and estimate my project. I need to hear from other bidders and make sure that I'm getting the best bang for my buck.  That being said, I am very impressed with what I have seen so far.

Your call center handled my call with courtesy, efficiency and was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. The System Design Specialist was promptly on time, and Kevin listened and answered all my questions. TerraFirma was able to provide the products that I requested for my solution. Kevin had a great knowledge of basements, crawlspaces and basements. I want to give a big shout out to Colin, who came to do the annual inspection and service of my basement system.   A few months ago I had a fly outbreak and kept looking for a body somewhere in the basement, without success. A pest management service person discovered a dead raccoon under my patio deck, in a well next to a basement window that is never used as it is completely covered by the deck.  The pest management person did not offer to help me with the body--I didn’t really expect him to, but I know I wished it. I couldn’t bear to do it myself, and I couldn’t find anyone to do it for less than a couple hundred dollars.  My next door neighbor offered to be my buddy while I did it, which was nice of her, but I REALLY didn’t want to do it.  I'm 71 and feel that at this point in my life, there should be some perks to having lived this long.  Colin offered to remove it as he was early and had a bit of extra time.  He should get five gold stars and his name in banners.  Thank you, thank you, thank you, Colin.  And thank you, Terra Firma Foundations.  I’m very happy with the work you did here.  

We had an exceptional experience with Deryl and we are excited to know that our basement will be permanently waterproofed and now is a livable situation. Deryl was very informative and had creative solutions to our issues. The prices were fair. We are so happy to expand the livable space in our home and wouldn't have picked any other company to help us with our project. Everyone was sincere and extremely helpful. I would recommend TerraFirma to anyone. Friends, family or not. They made this hectic project so much easier for me and my family.

We loved having your company do the work due to the positive interaction we have had with your staff. The call center was courteous and efficient with my time and lack of flexibility for scheduling. The salesman, Josh, was punctual and even early to our appointment. I was happy to see he could give me a comprehensive quote at the time of inspection. I felt like I was able to make a very informed decision based on Josh's presentation. Production held up to the same standard Josh set. They were early, worked harder than anyone I have every watched work and they were done with a big project in two days time. I feel comfortable with my waterproofed basement and the systems TerraFirma installed. Josh was a great representation of your company. You need more people like Josh!

My experience with TerraFirma has been positive. The call center rep was very nice and was able to book an appointment around my busy schedule for Deryl to give me an estimate. Deryl was professional and very personable. We didn't have any further questions after our estimate. What was nice too is that we were given a price at the point of inspection. We appreciated that. This project added 750 sq feet to our livable home space!!! TerraFirma transformed my basement! With our growing family it is nice to have an extra room and a place to relax. Thanks you team.

We have had nothing but positive things to say about the company from start to finish. The call center was able to schedule a time that fit my schedule and sure enough the estimator was there right on schedule. Chris was very helpful. He was genuine and creative with his solution for our project. We really enjoyed working with Chris. The call center was very polite and able to schedule an appointment convenient to me, my work, and my kids, so I really appreciated the punctuality of Deryl to the set time. He was ready to inspect and estimate my project well in advance. In my opinion he and TerraFirma, all together, was very professional and polite. I felt that Deryl listened to me and respected my budget. Most contractors I've worked with in the past try to up sell products that you don't necessarily need. Deryl was respectful and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted for what I was comfortable spending. The installation of my drainage system took a day. I had a Drytrack perimeter installed leading to a sump pump. Everything went very smooth and I have no complaints with the entire project. 

Our experience with the call center, sales team and production team was very good. Everyone knows their role and how to perform it to the highest standard. Because we had a lot of work done in the basement which included perimeter and interior drainage systems, sump pump and a wall crack repair, their was definitely a fair amount of clean up to be had. We really appreciated that Keith and the TerraFirma crew took the time to tarp all the furniture, remove debris and afterwards restore everything back to the way it was when they started. We had a lot of questions for the teams that were coming through the home and everyone was very helpful and informative to every last detail. I have had this water problem in my basement for years. It seems like every fall and winter and spring we get standing water. We called TerraFirma with intention to get a quote and fix it immediately. We heard they were the best company in town for this sort of thing and was actually referred to by a neighbor of ours who had similar work done by them. Jason Klein was on time to our appointment and went right to work in the basement. Luckily it wasn't raining at the time of the appointment or things would have been much more wet. Jason was knowledgeable and seemed to be a veteran in the field. Everything made sense for us at the time to proceed with the project and we took care of it that day.
