It is nice to know there is a company out there that truly believes in professionalism, honesty and quality of work. Tim displayed all of these with flying colors and he earned our business. He went above and beyond and came back the next day to explain things to my husband who was not their our first meeting. That meant a lot to me and a lot to my husband.

I'm very pleased with Ryan and the plan he put together for my home foundation repair. Ryan went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection and make sure that he didn't miss the slightest detail. I knew this was a big project and I'm very happy that he took the extra time to not miss any details. He was very helpful and informative. For an expense this big, I wanted to make sure I got the best solution available, so I shopped around. It didn't take long for me to notice the design Ryan had put together was the most all around efficient. Making my decision was a no brainer.

The call center was great and the System Design Specialist, Josh, was very personable and thorough. The proposal at the time of inspection was cheaper and more complete than the other estimates I received. I plan to go with TerraFirma in the next 6 months. Josh was the biggest factor in me choosing TerraFirma. Out of 10 I give the call center and Josh a 10!! He was very professional and awesome.

Jeramie, Joe and Kyler were very courteous, respectful, and professional in every regard.  Every time they came into the house they left their footwear outside the door. I did not go under the house to check their work, but I have no doubt that the forthcoming photos will certainly prove the quality of their work! I will certainly recommend Terra Firma to anybody I know who might be considering similar work at their home.

It's going to require lots of messing around and potential alterations due to condition of barn structure. In the end, it'll still be an old barn. The information and services that Casey was able to provide about how we can fix it was extremely helpful in our decision on what to do with it. Both your office staff and the representative who visited represented your company very well.
