Within the next three months I plan to use TerraFirma for my foundation stabilization. The operator at the call center was very polite and was able to schedule a time around my schedule to have an inspection done. When Deryl came out I was very pleased with the results. He was on time and respectful of my busy day which I really appreciated. Deryl didn't waste any time getting to work and was very personable answering all my concerns. When I go through with the work, I am going to use TerraFirma.

We had a couple of issues to address with our foundation. Our walls were bowing in at some points, others were sinking due to foundation settlement, which made everything in the house tilt at a slight angle. We have been putting this project off for a long time because we thought it would be very expensive. All the while we watched our problem get worse and worse, and more expensive and expensive. It was finally time that we called the experts. They were nothing short of the word. Experts and professionals in every way, shape and form. The call center was efficient at diagnosing my problem and scheduling. Tim was a master of his craft. This particular project had a lot of details including piers, piles and tie back. Things did get messy around my house for a little while but after the project was complete they replaced everything and returned my yard back to it's original form. Feel free to use me as a referral. I absolutely recommend your services to future customers.  

We wanted quality! We got quality. The price wasn't the most important part to us especially since the project was so large. It came down to, do we like you as a company and do we think you do good work. We got both of these working with TerraFirma. Casey came out to bid our project. He made an impression. His system far surpassed the competition. Overall we were very satisfied working with them and we look forward to our next opportunity to hire TerraFirma.

Terra Firma Foundation Repair did a very professional job of stabilizing and leveling my foundation. The crew led by Chad were courteous and professional. After efficiently doing the work I contracted for, they cleaned up their work site. The job was done right and I am pleased with the result.

Since meeting with Josh and having TerraFirma stabilize our foundation, the cracks forming in our wall have closed up and we feel comfortable that our house is not sliding down the hillside any longer. A dedicated work crew has been hard at work on buttressing our retaining wall, here in the woods above Deer Island. Chad and his team have had to do without a power excavator because of the steep terrain. Can't say enough about how impressed I've been with their work ethic and dedication to the task under difficult circumstances.

I used to be a salesman that sold industrial supplies to your company. I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate and when Josh A. came to meet with me, he had the correct answers to all my questions and gave extra thought to all surroundings. Other companies that I got quotes from didn't seem as if they cared that much. When the guys showed up to do the work, they were on time, friendly and cleaned up when they were finished. I was in the industrial business for 26 years - your guys are guided well. Keep up what you are doing and your company will lead!

Ryan is an excellent representative of your company. Knowledgeable, prersonable, and friendly. He was very cunning with his use of all the tools he brought, and the creativity in which he designed our system. The whole team had great communication with me and among themselves. Production came to my house knowing exactly what the plan was and got right to work first thing in the morning. Clean up was as though they were never there in the first place. The entire project from inspection to end of install took about 3 weeks and we are very pleased with how things unraveled. 

We did encounter one major issue but, your quickness in handling the problem was excellent. All issues were resolved according to our satisfaction. Thank You! We recommend Josh of install crew be groomed for a foreman job. Very impressed with that young man. Josh was awesome! Very honest and answered all questions and calls! Nate had excellent communication with us and his crew. Very friendly and went above our expectation. Clean up was excellent! Could not have asked for better!

Bottom line, this was the best contracting company I have had the privilege to work with. The rep in the call center was polite and able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. The System Design Specialist Ryan was great. A pleasure to work with. He had every tool in the belt and it made me feel comfortable that I was getting a true, accurate and professional assessment and consultation on the condition on my house and the extent of the work that I'll need to have to fix it. He was always available by phone or email and I was kept up to date with progress. Overall I'm very impressed with the work and will be recommending your services to others.
