Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew installed 72 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system and our SuperSump sump pump. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Wasana is pleased with the results and glad her basement is now a dry, healthy space.

He had cracked and slightly bowing foundation walls, and he was concerned about the structural integrity of his house. He knew how much replacing his foundation entirely could be, and he wanted to fix the problem before it got any worse. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew installed 17 CarbonArmor straps along the foundation to reinforce the bowing walls. The CarbonArmor system utilizes epoxy and carbon fiber straps to strengthen and stabilize the foundation walls. The CarbonArmor reinforcement becomes part of the wall structure and can be hidden with a coat of paint. Donald’s foundation has been stabilized, and his peace of mind restored! 

A homeowner from Rochester, MN, was facing a unique problem with his sump pump. Each time it rained, the system could cycle, loudly, but still, there was standing water being left on the floor. The white finished face brightens the room, and the vapor barrier would help control the condensation, making a big difference in the temperature of the walls and eventually lowering the heating cost. The homeowner was thankful for Dylan's explanation and happily agreed to his suggestion. 

Our Foreman, Diego B., and his crew arrived at the home in about two months for the installation and installed 64ft of Foamax. Now, our customer's basement issue has been fixed!
