WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and Triple Pump Sump Pump Installation Saves Basement in Isle, MN

Bude F. of Isle, MN had water leaking in their basement from the windows causing the walls to cave in and water to seep onto the floor. They contacted American Waterworks to receive a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, to inspect the problem and design a personalized solution. Bude appreciated Shane's time and was impressed with the products we offered, so they moved forward and got an installation date on the calendar.

Our foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team started the waterproofing installation by breaking out the concrete around the perimeter of their basement and installed 98 linear feet of our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed CleanSpace on the walls to act as a vapor barrier which prevents moisture or mold growth. Along with that, they installed a Triple Safe Sump Pump System which is the most reliable sump pump that offers three levels of protection. After the installation was completed, Bude was happy with the end result and is excited about the new renovation.
