Our Foreman, Brandon, and his crew arrived at the home and began the project. First, the crew removed all the debris and existing insulation from the crawl space. Then, the injected sprayfoam in the joist pockets in the crawl space. Once the area was clear, the crew could lay the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. After the Drainage Matting was secured, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space walls and floor. To complete the job, the crew installed Foamax on the outside of the crawl space walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity, keeps the basement clean, and provides brightness to the space. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53, which is a sump pump made with two pumps and keeps basements dry for long periods of time. To complete the installation, our team applied river rock in the broken-out gaps from the install and applied a new layer of concrete over them.
