The homeowner agreed with Ian's recommendations, so he passed the plans onto the office for approval. Once approved by the office, they were sent to our Foreman, Roel, and his crew. Roel and his crew arrived at the home to start the project. First, Roel and his crew began by installing WaterGuard along the western wall. After the WaterGuard was installed, the crew put the new TripleSafe sump pump into place. Once the WaterGuard and TripleSafe systems were tied together, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was impressed with the transformation by the crew. Then, the crew dug another small trench across the floor to insert the Feedline. After it was all in place, the crew covered the piping. Finally, the crew demolished the wall where the mold and rot were discovered and covered the walls in CleanSpace. The crew left the homeowners with peace of mind knowing their basement is waterproofed and prepared for future storms.

Then, the crew installed the SuperSump + in the southwest corner of the basement. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace around all the basement walls. Finally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. After installing all the waterproofing products in the basement, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson and his team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. Next, our crew applied 77 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System and secured it around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents mold and humidity from invading the basement and acts as an extra wall protectant. Then, Tremaine and his crew installed 77 feet of our WaterGuard System into the formed trench. Our WaterGuard collects water seepage from basement walls and acts as an underground drain that leads to outside. Lastly, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
