He heard about American Waterworks and called our office line to get some more information about our products. Our staff set him up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to his house, carefully inspected his problems, and came up with a solution that fit their needs. Chad was confident in Ian's drawn-out design and presentation, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the solution by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is an interior drain that works efficiently with the sump pump. Our WaterGuard prevents water and mud clogs by staying out of the mud zone and it collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold, mildew, and humidity, it guides the water into the WaterGuard System, and it gives the space a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, Corey and his crew installed seven of our PowerBraces around the wall perimeter, which is a patented wall repair system that is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten the wall over time. To complete the installation, our crew covered the open floor gaps with river rock, applied new concrete over it, and did a final walkthrough with Chad to make sure he was happy with the outcome, which he was!

First, the crew installed eight GeoLock Wall Anchors along the North and West wall. Once the GeoLocks were secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the two PowerBraces on the North wall. After the PowerBraces were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
