Leaking Basement Waterproofed in Fosston, MN

Water was leaking into a basement in Fosston, MN causing problems such as water moisture, humidity problems, and other kinds of water damage. The owners called American Waterworks and talked to our office line about our basement waterproofing repair products. We scheduled a FREE Estimate with them for one of our Design Specialists to inspect the problems and come up with a solution. Our Design Specialist proposed our WaterGuard Drainage System. The owners were confident in the product, its warranty, and got all of their questions answered, so they went ahead with the project.

Our Foreman and his team began the process by cutting out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard, which is made to prevent water and mud clogs, act as an underground drain in collaboration with the sump pump, and collect water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, our team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. The owners were happy with the repairs and were impressed that the project only took one day!

Not only do we perform work in basement waterproofing, we also provide services in foundation repair, concrete lifting/repair, crawl space repair/encapsulation, and radon testing/mitigation. Call our office today or click HERE to request your free estimate!
