Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replacing it with our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump. Our sump pumps are made to keep basements dry for long periods of time. Next, our team cut out 58 feet of concrete around the floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, Tremaine and his team installed our WaterGuard System, which acts as an underground drain, collects water seepage from basement walls, and guides water to the sump pump. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Andrew was happy with the work and no longer has to worry about water leaking into his basement!

Lastly, our Foreman and their teams installed our PowerBraces around the wall perimeter. This foundation repair product is made to straighten and stabilize foundation walls. Over time, they can be tightened by the homeowner to ensure the system is sticking to its design. To complete the installation, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock, and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the basement was cleaner than when they found it.
