A Sleepy Eye, MN, homeowner was struggling with a damp basement after heavy rainfall. Not wanting the issue to worsen, he decided to begin the search for a basement waterproofing company in Minnesota. After Dylan arrived, he got right to work assessing the basement and trying to find the source of the leaking. Once Dylan completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Dylan explained that the water was entering the home through cracks in the floor, and therefore, he wanted to address the situation with several of our products: WaterGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and our AprilAire dehumidifier. Once Shane arrived, he introduced himself to the homeowner and began the crawl space inspection. Shane discovered that the foundation was failing and needed to be permanently stabilized. Additionally, he found that the crawl space should be encapsulated. Shane told the homeowner of his findings and also provided them with a solution to revive the crawl space. Our Foreman Raul, and his crew traveled to the home and started by making sure the crawl space was ready for the PowerBrace installation. The crew installed eighteen PowerBraces around the entire crawl space perimeter. Once the PowerBraces were installed, the crew laid the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl floor to cover the Drainage Matting. Foamax is installed on the crawl space walls to ensure the crawl space stays insulated. Finally, the crew put the TripleSafe sump pump in place in the corner of the crawl space. The homeowner was amazed by the crawl space transformation. Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production crew started the installation by breaking out the floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which serves as an underground drain, prevents mud clogs, and catches water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the wall perimeter, which is a special foam insulation that prevents water from seeping into the basement, saves money on energy costs, and gives the basement a neat and bright appearance. To finish the install, our team filled the open-floor gaps with rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them, ensuring the space was neat and clean.

One of our customers in Hutchinson, MN, knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. Wanting to schedule it before they forgot, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and scheduled it. The homeowners prepared for the arrival of our Service Technician, Jack. After Jack arrived, he began his inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Jack discovered the sump pump was outdated and needed to be replaced.
