Penny L. of Rogers, MN found one of our advertisements in her local phonebook, so she called American Waterworks to schedule a FREE Estimate to inspect the leaking water coming through her basement. Our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to her home to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. Penny got all her questions answered, so she scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and our production crew began the project by drilling weep holes at the bottom of the wall perimeter to relieve water pressure. Next, our crew installed 90 feet our DryTrak Drain Pipe System around the floor perimeter and over the holes. Our DryTrak is made to collect and channel water to the sealed sump pump or basement drain. Next, our crew applied 68 feet of our CleanSpace Halfwall around the wall perimeter to prevent mold and humidity and forces water seepage to fall into the DryTrak. Chad went to Kevin's house, inspected his basement, and determined the solution of our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain. Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his crew started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard, which is an interior drainage system that collects water and guides it to the sump pump. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock to allow water flow, and applied a new layer of concrete over the system, ensuring the basement was neat and clean.
