They got in contact with our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist inspected the window and provided a rundown of our EverLast Replacement Basement Windows. The resident was confident in our product, so they went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman and his team cut out the pre-existing window and replaced it with our EverLast Basement Window. These special windows are double-paneled, vinyl-framed, energy-efficient, and are designed to replace old, rotted, and rusty windows. They typically take about one to hours to install, and the double-paneled windows can be removed for maintenance purposes. Marcus C. of Bismarck,  ND had water coming into his basement through his wood foundation. He heard about American Waterworks, so he got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE estimate with our  Design Specialist, Ian. Ian went to Marcus's home, carefully inspected his problems, and proposed a solution that would repair his basement problems. He was confident in Ian's plan of our half wall demolition, Foamax Half Wall Panels, and our WaterGuard Below-Drain System, so he signed the contract and got a date scheduled for the installation.

Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production crew began the process by performing a half wall demolition around the wall perimeter and installing our Foamax Half Wall Panels. Our Foamax is an advanced foam insulation that prevents condensation and provides protection from moisture. Next, our team broke out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGaurd Below-Floor Drain. Our WaterGuard is an interior drainage system that prevents water and mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, Ryan and his team filled the open-floor gaps with small rocks and applied new concrete over them. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is an interior drain that works efficiently with the sump pump. Our WaterGuard prevents water and mud clogs by staying out of the mud zone and it collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold, mildew, and humidity, it guides the water into the WaterGuard System, and it gives the space a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, Corey and his crew installed seven of our PowerBraces around the wall perimeter, which is a patented wall repair system that is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten the wall over time. To complete the installation, our crew covered the open floor gaps with river rock, applied new concrete over it, and did a final walkthrough with Chad to make sure he was happy with the outcome, which he was!

A homeowner in Fargo, ND, saw the walls in their basement were beginning to crack. Worried about the long-term damages, the homeowner began looking into professional repair services near them. First, the crew installed eight GeoLock Wall Anchors along the North and West wall. Once the GeoLocks were secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the two PowerBraces on the North wall. After the PowerBraces were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace which prevents mold and humidity and serves as a protective blanket. To complete the work, our crew filled the open-floor gap with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over it, ensuring the space was neater and cleaner than when they found it.
