Dan T. of Eleva, WI had moisture in his unfinished basement after every rain. One of his peers referred American Waterworks, so he called our office line and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Mac, went to Dan's house, inspected the wet area of his basement, and proposed a solution. Dan was confident in Mac's proposal, so he went ahead with the project.

Our Foreman, Jeromy, and his crew started the installation by breaking out the pre-existing sump pump and replacing it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which triples the protection and solves all three problems in one unit. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter. This wall protectant vapor barrier is designed to prevent water moisture and condensation. Paul W. is the owner of this newly built home in Chaseburg, WI. During the construction, the contractor realized that Paul needed to have a waterproofing system installed because of the amount of water that was entering the home through the basement. With the contractor’s advice, Paul contacted us to get a free estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Mac Cole, to the home to evaluate the situation and provide Paul with a solution. Paul understood the consequences he would face if he chose not to have a waterproofing system installed, and he like the thorough plan that Mac developed, so he scheduled an installation. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his crew installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, which led to the TripleSafe sump pump. Once the water drains to the sump pump, it is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. They also installed a perimeter of our CleanSpace vapor barrier to reduce moisture and humidity. CleanSpace also makes the basement a more energy efficient space. After we finished the installation of our waterproofing system, the construction team poured concrete and continued the development of the home.

David and Heidi L. of Coon Valley, WI had their annual service appointment with our Service Technician, Darin. Darin examined their system and ensured everything was working properly. Our Foreman, Jose, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. To complete the installation, our team filled the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them.
