Concrete Walkway Sinking in Faribault, MN

A homeowner from Faribault, MN, noticed that the concrete slab just beyond his garage door was beginning to sink, creating a trip hazard. Not wanting anyone to take an unnecessary tumble, he decided to research companies in the area that could help with the problem. After doing his research online, he came across our website and decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates. A few weeks later our Design Specialist, Aidan, headed out to the home.

After Aidan finished his inspection of the concrete, he informed the homeowner that he was right to call. Concrete issues are often cheaper when caught and addressed earlier. He went on to say that American Waterworks could fix the sinking slab by using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling method. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back to its desired resting spot. Aidan went on to say that we finished the process by installing our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the concrete, preventing any unwanted water from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later.

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Patrick, and his team made quick work of the project. When the job was completed, our customer was thrilled to know he no longer needed to worry about trip hazards!

A homeowner from Faribault, MN, got in touch with us when she noticed that a crack in her front walkway had progressed and gotten worse. Not wanting to let the issue worsen, she decided to give us a call and claim her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Tony B, headed out to the home. When Tony concluded his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendation. He informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution. He explained that our PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into its former place. He went on to say that our lifts are completed with the application of our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab. Sidewalk Makeover in Cottage Grove, MN

A homeowner in Cottage Grove, MN, saw their sidewalk was starting to show its age. Several sections of the sidewalk and the concrete stairs began separating and falling apart. Wanting to solve the issue before it worsens, the homeowner wanted a professional to inspect the sidewalk. The homeowner looked through all their different options and came across our website. After seeing we offer FREE estimates and the services they need, the homeowner decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for their estimate. After the details were finalized, we sent out one of our Design Specialists to inspect the sidewalk. After their detailed inspection, the Design Specialist determined that the concrete was sinking. The Design Specialist recommended that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled and that several cracks be filled. The homeowners agreed and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the lifting and leveling process. First, the crew installed the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the affected concrete. Once the PolyLevel was properly inserted, the crew focused on filling the cracks and joints. To fill these several cracks and joints, the crew utilized the NexusPro Solution, a silicone-based solution. After all the cracks and joints were filled, the crew completed the job and left the home.
