Nathan and Deanna C. of Stanchfield, MN were experiencing water moisture issues in their crawl space and wanted it repaired right away. After researching local contractors on HomeAdvisor, they came across American Waterworks. They called our office line to set up a FREE Estimate with one of our Design Specialists, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to their home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Nathan and Deanna got all of their questions answered, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Garrett Luke, and his production team began the installation by laying 748 feet of drainage matting on the ground. Then, our team applied 1,196 feet of our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Encapsulation around the whole crawl space perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold, mildew, and humidity, hide any holes or divots, serves as an extra wall protectant, and it gives the space a neat and clean appearance.

Allen in Madelia, MN had pests entering is home through his dirt crawl space. He also was noticing his floor sagging and high levels of humidity coming from that space. He contacted American Waterworks to learn more about our crawl space encapsulation solutions and receive a FREE estimate. We sent a Design Specialist to his home to inspect his crawl space and provide him with a personalized solution. Our Specialist recommended having our CleanSpace vapor barrier, spray foam rim joist insulation and SmartJacks installed. Allen agreed that our solution was the best fit for his needs, so he scheduled the installation.

Our production crew removed the debris from his crawl space and then installed the SmartJacks to support the floor beams and keep the floor above sturdy. Then, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system on the dirt floor and the sides of the crawl space. This helps to keep pests and moisture out, which reduces humidity. Lastly, they sprayed our spray foam insulation in the rim joists of the crawl space to completely seal off the space and prevent any pests or water from entering. Allen was pleased with the result and is glad he can enjoy a stable, healthier crawl space for years to come!

Our Foreman, Jose Flores, and his crew installed 864 feet of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which is a heavy-duty moisture barrier that is used to transform the crawl space into a dry, clean, and energy-efficient part of the home. Along with protection from mold and rot, a dry crawl space will also prevent termites, cockroaches, ants, crickets, and other creatures from coming into the crawl space. Randy was happy with the repairs and was grateful to have a dry crawl space again!

Paul and Lisa S. of Annandale, MN had dirty, musty and moldy crawl space that needed to be inspected. Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production team began the crawl space waterproofing project by removing anything that was in the way. They installed 775 feet of our TerraBlock, which serves as a puncture-resistant insulation and provides the ultimate moisture protection. Next, Cory and his team applied 425 feet of our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier on top of the TerraBlock, which prevents mold and humidity, and it gives the space a clean and bright appearance. Paul and Lisa were both glad we were able to restore their peace of mind! 

Jennifer S. of Dassel, MN had a wet, damp, and musty crawl space, causing problems such as mold, wood rot, and water moisture, and her friend referred American Waterworks for the repairs. She called our office and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Michel Ramirez. Michel went to his home, carefully inspected the crawl space, and drew up a solution that worked for her and her budget. Our Foreman, Geno Mclain, and his crew member began the installation by cleaning out the crawl space and starting from the back of the crawl space to the front. Our team installed 896 square feet of our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier, which is a durable, white liner that prevents water vapor and humidity from invading the crawl space. Along with the prevention of mold and rot, a dry, clean crawl space keeps away odors and prevents the heat and cold from entering during the winter and summer seasons. The project took one and a half days, and Jennifer was pleased with the work that was completed!
