A homeowner in New Germany, MN, sought to have their crawl space encapsulation. Knowing many companies offer crawl space encapsulation as a service, they wanted to find the company that was best fit for their situation. After comparing a variety of companies, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner visited our website and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment was sent, we sent one of our Design Specialists to investigate the homeowner's issue. After the Design Specialist arrived, they determined that the CleanSpace Drainage Matting would need to be installed in the crawl space. Wanting to solve the issue, the homeowners agreed to the Design Specialists' proposition. The solution was sent to the assigned crew and they traveled to the home. Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew started by preparing the crawl space for the installation. Once the crawl space was ready, the crew went ahead and installed the CleanSpace Draining Matting on the floor. After the CleanSpace Draining Matting was installed, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space walls. The crew completed the crawl space encapsulation and cleaned their job site. The homeowners were grateful for the job well done by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to help other customers accomplish their home projects. 

A homeowner in Dunnell, MN had water leaking from his basement walls and windows, making him feel nervous and uneasy living in his own home. They got in contact with American Waterworks to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas. Dylan went to their home to carefully inspect their walls and windows to come up with a solution. The homeowner got all of their questions answered and felt comfortable in Dylan's proposal, so they went ahead and scheduled an installation date.

Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the project by cutting out their basement window and replacing it with one of our EverLast Basement Windows. Our EverLast Windows are energy-efficient, double-paneled, and are designed to replace outdated, wood-framed basement windows. Next, our team cut out the concrete basement floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, Edgar and his crew installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Lastly, our crew installed 110 feet of our FoamMax Basement Wall Panels. Our FoamMax provides comfort, warmth, and energy-efficiency while making foundation walls look clean and bright. To complete the installation, our crew filled the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. The homeowner was extremely happy with the job and had a great experience from start to finish! 

Robert and Laurie F. of Lafayette, MN had water leaking under their basement stairs so our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went to their home and educated them on our sump pump systems. Robert and Laurie were confident with the trusted solution so they scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team broke out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Pump System, which keeps basements dry for long periods of time. They filled the small gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Robert and Laurie no longer have water seeping problems! 

A customer from Saint James, MN got in contact with us when he had enough of unwanted water and moisture finding its way into his basement. He feared that if he left the issue unresolved, he could run the risk of developing mold and bacteria or damaging the structural integrity of the home. When he called our Appointment Center, we got him scheduled with our FREE estimate; a thorough inspection of the issue by one of our Design Specialists. When our Design Specialist stopped at the house, he completed his walk-through and made recommendations as to how we could remedy the issue. He began by informing the homeowner that water was entering the basement through cracks and porous holes in the wall. He said we could fix this issue by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along with our WaterGuard drainage system. He explained to the homeowner that the CleanSpace is a tarp-like material that gets tacked to the wall. It works to catch any water entering the home through the wall, directing it downwards. He went on to say that this is where the WaterGuard comes into play. This drainage system lies beneath the concrete of the floor and catches water dripping down the wall, directing it to the appropriate disposal site. The customer agreed with our recommendations and work began shortly after. 

Our construction crew, led by Foreman Lane, ended up installing 100 ft of both the CleanSpace and WaterGuard throughout the basement of the home. When the job was completed, our customer was happy to know that no more unwanted water would find its way into his basement! 

Jenna K. of Buffalo, MN had water leaking into her basement so she called American Waterworks to schedule a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went to her home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Jenna appreciated Chad's time and was content with the proposal, so she went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production team began the installation by breaking out 10 feet of concrete to make a feed line. From there, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus Sump Pump to the feedline. Our crew filled the open gaps with rock, and replaced the concrete. Jenna was at ease with the finalized outcome!
