A customer from North Dakota got in contact with us about their need to seal off their crawl space area to prevent water from entering. Our Design Specialist, Kole, determined the best plan of action to be to remove any debris such as concrete chunks and rocks, encapsulate the area with CleanSpace, and spray Foamax to seal off any remaining points of entry. Now the homeowners have peace of mind knowing their crawl space will be energy efficient and water-free!

Brad B. of Fargo, ND had water leaking into his basement from his window, causing him to worry about water moisture, property damage, and the value of his home. He got in contact with our office staff at American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to his home, inspected his basement and his window, and came up with a solution that would solve the problem. Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter by forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water and mud clogs by staying out of the "mud zone," it collects water seepage from basement walls, and it acts as an underground drain that works effectively with the sump pump. Next, our team installed our WellDuct Window Drain from the window, which guides leaking water from the basement window down and into the WaterGuard. To complete the installation, Corey and his team filled in the open floor gaps with rock and applied new concrete over it. Brad was happy with the work and had a great experience!

To complete the project, Corey and his team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Jessica was happy with the repairs and loved the transformation! 

Cindy, from Plummer, MN, was looking for some solutions for her home's basement space. The basement was experiencing water intrusion and cracking foundation, so she decided to call American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. Shortly after the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property. Following a thorough inspection, Ian gave his recommendations to Cindy, suggesting that she invest in our WaterGuard system as well as our SuperSump Plus. Our Foreman and his crew began implementing our WaterGuard System. From there, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus Sump Pump to the feedline. Our crew filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. 

After all was said and done, Cindy was glad she made the decision to call American Waterworks and had her peace of mind restored.
