Basement Waterproofing in Lancaster, MN
James L. of Lancaster, MN had water issues in his basement, making him worry about water moisture and damage to property. A friend of his had work done by us, so he recommended James to work with us. He got in contact with our staff and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie. Richie went to James's home, inspected his basement, and drew up a proposal for the work to be done. James was confident in the proposal, so he went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Cameron, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete in the corner of the basement and installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is made up of three layers of water protection and solves all three water problems in one unit. Next, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the basement wall perimeter, which is a special foam insulation that saves money on energy costs and gives the basement a neat, clean appearance. To complete the project, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. James was happy with the work that was completed!

Egress Window Well Gets Updated in Faribault, MN
A Faribault, MN, homeowner was looking to add a bedroom to his basement but was running into an issue. He signed up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home.
Once our Design Specialist completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Our Design Specialist recommended using our RockWell Window Well. RockWell offers an attractive alternative to ugly window wells while providing a safe, code-compliant basement egress. RockWell window wells are a one-piece, rigid construction that will not collapse from backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. They’re UV stable, rust and rot proof, and stand up to extreme temperatures. A polycarbonate safety cover keeps leaves and debris out while allowing natural sunlight and fresh outside air to enter your basement. While they are not intended for continual foot traffic, the 10mm fluted polycarbonate cover will hold up to 500 lbs. of weight and prevent family members from accidentally falling into the window well. The homeowner liked the sound of our Design Specialist's plan and scheduled the work for a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Luis D, was able to install the RockWell with no issues. Now, our customer can enjoy his new addition, knowing its code-compliant!
